They are thicker than the stock skates which is a big postiive in my opinion because then they dont sink as much in to the pad (especially cloth pads) They glide smoother than the stock feet as well, I don\'t have any negatives, really.

I\'ve seen glide comparisons between these and the much rarer Hyperglide skatez and they are basically dead on even, so if u want a new set of skatez by all means go for these.
