To be honest with you everything about my experience has been great initially from your service when I was waiting for my delivery you guys responded to me very quickly so I was super impressed. On the product itself after the initial difficulty of removing the original feet was over I give them a 10/10 the original mouse feet on the Logitech g pro for lack of a better word suck these mouse feet allow the mouse to operate at the level in which the rest of the mouse was designed for I couldnt be more impressed. I hope this helps and I can confirm when these are worn out I will definitely be purchasing more.
