Individually, however, the grips can easily be adjusted and changed with a scissors - if desired or if the grips are a little bit too large. So personal changes can be implemented at any time.

-they're ergonomic for right handed people while the mouse is supposed to be ambidextrous (I'm left handed)
-The cutout for the logitech logo on the g903 hero lightspeed doesn't line up properly (lining up the logo makes the grip spill in midair over the dpi controller slightly)
I, however, use a claw grip, so these two "issues" don't bother me (I didn't apply the center piece), but they might bother you ambidextrous (I'm left handed)
