The Model I is aimed towards people with medium to large hands and my hands are very small, so the grip tape is paramount to allow me to use the mouse without slipping off the standard surface of the mouse.

I think this tape is fantastic, albeit a little expensive. It works very well on the Model I. Though, the only con would be that the tape for the left side of the mouse is kind of difficult to get just right, since the sniper button prevents easy application.
