Application Possibilities

With the Corepad Dots & Donuts G+Skatez, Corepad offers you the opportunity to customize any mouse for use on glass mousepads. You can actively and individually implement your own wishes (arrangement / quantity / dots / mini donuts / donuts). There are a wide variety of possibilities ► here are a few examples:

1. Dots & Donuts can be used individually or mixed on large surfaces.

2. Only Dots can be used on small or narrow surfaces.

Instructions

Check if the supplied Corepad Dots or Donuts G+Skatez are the correct size for your mouse.
Remove any existing mouse feet completely and carefully using a flat tool (e.g., a plastic spatula). Avoid damage and scratches.
Remove all layers, including any foam layers and adhesive, completely with your fingers and the plastic spatula until the holes and screws are visible.
Clean the surfaces thoroughly with alcohol wipes and then allow the mouse to dry.
Position the Corepad Dots or Donuts G+Skatez precisely and carefully into the corresponding recesses or slots without tilting them. Ensure that they do not rest on any edges.
Recheck that the Corepad Dots or Donuts G+Skatez are correctly seated in the corresponding recesses or slots.
Press each Corepad Dots or Donuts G+Skate individually with your fingers again.

FAQ

Question: What are Corepad Skatez made off?
Answer: Corepad Skatez are only made of the finest materials - quality pure PTFE * and 3M self-adhesive foil - something else is quiet out of the question.

Question: Are Corepad Skatez available in black?
Answer: No, only pure PTFE * is white and therfore has the best slide characteristics. For coloring PTFE * colors must be added which always degrade the sliding properties. Colored mouse feet may additionally been stretched with cheap plastics in order to reduce production costs. Corepad makes no compromises in quality - therefore Corepad Skatez are only available in white.

Question: Do the Corepad Skatez wearout quickly?
Answer: In order to minimize friction and to allow a more comfortable sliding Corepad Skatez have to wearout. The wear out is of course dependent on the mouse pad and your individual usage characteristics. Therefore, you will always receive two pairs of Corepad Skatez for two applications.

Got these skate for my old viper ultimate (fingertip) while i'm waiting for my KO-ONE to come in.

Used 4 in total, 1 on each corner, currently using a qwertykey waterproof deskmat which seems to be on the slower side. Compared to the stock skates it makes the mouse feel that much better with big movements, while I have no complaints on the stock viper ultimate feet, they do feel quite resistive with fast large movements. With these dots though, the mouse glides just enough to feel more natural, small adjustments also feel just that bit better due to the lower friction, truly makes the mouse just feel lighter than it is. For anyone who is using a standard or slower cloth pad, but still wants a bit more glide while still maintaining fine control, I can recommend these.

I tested them primarly in CS2 and PUBG, in CS I run 750edpi, so with these feet i could do large flicks without much worry about overaiming. currently using a qwertykey waterproof deskmat which seems to be on the slower side. Great PTFE option for glass. The thick quality foam layer masks a lot of the friction/vibration which you'd expect from the usual PTFE dots. The material itself seems very high quality and the glide reflects this too. Definitely a top tier option for people in the EU who want to avoid import fees.

The adhesive between the skate and foam layer is not that strong, be careful when peeling the skate away from it's sheet. Removing the dots from your mouse without destroying the skate is pretty much impossible, as you will pull the PTFE off before you can loosen the foam itself. This does not impact my review score because PTFE on glass wont last long anyways so to be honest reusability shouldn't be a priority. I would love to see corepad improving on this aspect of the product however. material itself seems very high quality and the glide reflects this too. Definitely a top tier option for people in the EU who want to avoid import fees.

Better than Ultraglide Silence on glass and cloth. Honestly, the best skates I've tried in a long time. tried in a long time.
